Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Experience
Hot air balloon flights operate early in the morning when atmospheric conditions are usually most suitable.
Guests are collected before sunrise and transported to the launch area in the Dubai desert. On arrival, you can watch the balloon preparation process while the pilot and ground crew prepare for departure.
After the safety briefing, passengers enter the basket and the balloon gradually rises above the desert.
Dubai Desert Views
As the balloon gains altitude, enjoy panoramic views across the Dubai desert.
The landscape changes with the morning light, revealing rolling dunes, desert tracks and wide open spaces.
Depending on location and conditions, guests may also spot desert wildlife from the air.

What Happens Before the Flight?
After reaching the launch area, the pilot and crew prepare the balloon while passengers receive important safety instructions.
The pilot explains boarding, landing position and what to expect during the flight.
All passengers should follow crew instructions carefully.
What Happens During the Flight?
The balloon moves naturally with the wind rather than following a fixed road-style route.
The pilot controls altitude while choosing the safest available flight path and landing area.
This means each Hot Air Balloon Dubai flight can be slightly different.
Landing
The landing location depends on wind direction and operating conditions.
The ground crew follows the balloon and meets passengers after landing.
Guests should follow the pilot's landing-position instructions until the balloon has safely stopped.

Children aged 5 to 11 normally qualify for the published child rate.

Health and Safety
Passengers should be able to stand for the duration of the flight and adopt the required landing position when instructed.
Guests with certain medical conditions, recent major surgery, serious back or knee problems, or pregnancy may not be suitable for ballooning.
Final participation is subject to operator safety rules.
Weather Conditions
Hot air balloon flights depend heavily on weather and wind conditions.
Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled if the pilot determines conditions are not safe.
Safety decisions are made by the balloon operator and pilot.

Comfortable outdoor clothing is recommended. Early mornings in the desert can feel cool before sunrise, especially during winter.
